We all go through tough times but if people don't take their health serious then why would people have sympathy for someone who doesn't care? I got through a lot but I still find my way to the gym and I'm 40. If you truly care about yourself then you'll take care of yourself. not eat until you're in the hospital.
I find it interesting American Black men, *Not Reggie* will attack obese women all across social media daily, even those within their own ethnic group know the harshness of this system and how it manifest in the psyche and physical health. They degrade and debased their own women to the point of *no shame* even when they are being lit to the world as being no men of social standing for them. That behavior is beyond abhorrent. Maybe they can take heed to this man’s words and show actually empathy to the women who may be experiencing the same of their own ethnic group. Reprobate demonic and satanic behavior.

I just completed 30 day of sobriety from substance abuse. The anxiety of not being on it is difficult for me most times but Im going to keep taking it a day at a time. The anxiety does eventually pass like everything else. So I just cry it out because it (anxiety) leaves me feeling sad. Im fighting thru it because the mental clarity, the sleep im getting 🙌🏾 n healthy weight Ive put back on has been worth the fight against the urge n triggers to use again 🫶🏽🩷 I just want to hangout with Reggie, hug him, be silly n tell him I love him for the beautiful kind soul that he is. F those losers he got real fans that would whop those losers aaahhh in real life!!! 🙃💪🏾

Hey Reggie, you probably won’t see this but if by chance you ever got to read it, you need to know that I grew up in the Caribbean and I was able to get a chance to see you on the screen and not just you people like Martin people like Steve Urkel All played a vital role in giving me the opportunity to say that I had a wonderful childhood especially being a 90s kid, I personally feel like a lot of the negativity you receive come from people who are projecting but thank you for the time, the effort and the memories and the laughs. I can only pray that life continues to be good to you, and that happiness never dwells far from you.

To Reggie Hayes, I was struggling with my weight back in the day and I was in and out of the hospital, experiencing shortness of breath and a blood clot in my heart! I prayed to God to give me his strength and his inner willpower to eat the right foods such as lean meats, drink plenty of water, and eat more fruits and vegetables! I went back and forth to the doctor, and I received positive results and lost weight! Right now, I am doing better! I was on a lot of medications but I have reduced medications by changing my diet! More love and support to you, Reggie!
