- I convinced my mate Zolty to fly a tandem with me, and then I took him out in a mid-air. In this video we'll cover stripping the heli down, how to check for broken bits and pieces, and then replacing all the bent shafts before we go and fly it.
Thanks to Alessio from Hely-shop for allowing me to pick up the parts while he was busy moving into his new shop. Can't wait to see it finished.

That's his current shop, but he's in the process of moving to a much bigger one next door. Which is why he had paint on his shirt :D

Great video Rich, very informative especially regarding checking the feathering shafts and main shaft. Great flight after all done too.
I found the rubberized ca glue and some durabond or medical tape in combination is great for repairing the plastic canopies as in the omp m2 helis.
I’ve done some serious repairs to my omp evo using this method
Ahhhh................ Damn man - I hate crashes and instantly feel vicarious concern for anyone - I spent years crashing more than flying. 2:04 Richard - that servo moving in the housing? Think it's Ch1 / Elevator? Bearings ok? Thumbs up Pal - more vids like this!!
