That plumbing repair is awesome. Next time I need a repair that only needs to last between 7 and 13 seconds and don't wanna spend the 91 cents for a coupling, I'm doing this.
I would suggest is more of a hobby-project thing, PVC pipes aren't just used for actual plumbing. It might help a lot in a pipe blown emergency kind of situation, stiffen up the break and distribute pressure so you can throw half a roll of ductape over it to limit the water damage when you don't have access to the stopcock. Plumbers don't have teleporters, they take a while to show up.
As an electrician myself, I have yet to see a possible reason for ever needing to twist wires together like that. Let alone wires in the same jacket. THIS IS NOT SAFETY WIRE!
Next time a bolt is stuck in the engine block i now know that i can just drill a hole in the side of the threads for my wd-40. thanks for the cool trick!
I like to imagine offscreen, someone has a gun at him and demanded he make these tips in 60 seconds or else. So he's just frantically running around with a drill and assorted trash, sweating profusely
I mean it depends how long you want it to last, it’ll be easy to remove so if you just needed to connect pipes for a short time it’s not a terrible idea, long as it’s low pressure.
Ikr? How to get it to slow down enuff to grasp the mach speed movements & decipher? I had to have my Master Recorder on so I can play it back l8r in standard time.
the copper drill bit is genius for post apocalyptic solutions, thank you so much. Its something I probably would have eventually came up with myself if needed but this saves me the thinking power and I can write this in my booklet now.
You don't need holes in the head of a bolt to twist some wire.. just put the two or three or seven strands of wire into the chuck of your drill..tighten the chuck and push the trigger couple of times...

DO NOT use the water bottle PVC pipe "tip". As someone who was licensed to do work on water mains and water filtration systems, it will not hold under any real pressure. That will blow at like 5 psi. Water lines run 10-20 times that pressure
WD 40 is a water displacer. Not a lubricant. WD stands for water displacer. Made to spray the outside of rocket Fuel tanks so the water would not stick during fueling due to condensation and they would not have to worry about ice formation on the tanks.
@@hondaeownerreviews8608 So you two think every year all the ROCKET OWNERS are buying up tons of WD40? Well cornflakes were invented to stop masturbation and. NASA used silly putty to hold down tools in space.
