@@lee-xs1wn he wanted to leave the show because of how little screen time he had gotten. it’s heavily speculated that tr’s lack of screen time and bad storylines after season 3 was because of the isaiah washington incident. i don’t recall him ever asking that he be killed off, or that his character be gay. all he said in regards to george’s sexuality (as far as i’m aware) is that he wouldn’t mind if george was gay. i think tr’s treatment during his time on the show is also reflective on how they wrote george’s character, which makes me extremely upset.

They were in shock, they were laughing because they didn’t know how to react it was all so sudden and scary for them
They were probably just using humor to cope since he's death was so all of a sudden and very traumatic for them
I stopped watching the second I saw them laughing at his funeral, that scene was disgusting
