Where you plugged in your power remote, right beside that 50-amp fuse going towards your firewall there is an exposed male spade connector,
from the factory that will take a female spade connector, and its ignition hot only. (directly in front of where you plugged in)
I'm getting ready to do this, and I will watch a few videos to pick up the best routes and such that are vehicle specific.
Those fuse taps are pretty slick though, but I have to do it this weekend, and someone on another video said that those things could take up to a month to get delivered.
    Good Thorough video.

I haven't tried looking them up online yet.
And I got it done today, so it could be a week or 5 years before I get involved into needing ignition switched power.

From what I understand of that spade, it's more or less for relays for light bars or other bigger accessories. If you notice the spade just above the big 50amp fuse, your add a fuse is covering, that's key on power and protected by the 50amp fuse. If the spade is down and fuse is flipped it's always on power, which also activates all the plugs and 12v receptacles as always on.

At times its a twisted pair of wires,if not sure. Can always remove the door panel and speaker and trace it back to the inside(at times this is the absolute proper way)
