For this recipe you need:
- 10 mushrooms
- 2 small onions
- sunflower oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- garlic
- cheese (30-50 grams)
- green dill

I love how you take common every day foods and make hearty meals from them! I am Polish and Swedish decent so I, too grew up with my grandparents cooking simple meals from just about anything! I also love that you scrape all you ingredients from the bowls into your pots or pans! So many people that cook on these channels put their ingredients in the bowl or pot and always leave something in the bowl or can,etc.! My grandma used to say, " There are people starving in the world and they would love to have what you leave in the bowl!!" I did not do it more than once and am very conscious of it to this day!! Looks so good. What did you add after the salt and pepper. You did not say. Could have been onion powder or garlic powder. You also added something else later but did not identify. Was it paprike?

Hello Olesea, my mother was of Italian descent and her everyday cooking was simple ingredients. We grew our own fruit and vegetables, pork, Beef and lamb. One of my favorite dish was made from a specific grass that grows in Australia, she would cut it the lenght of her thumb and cook it with white beans, wine, herbs and spices. Замечательный рецепт. Я делаю несколько иначе. К всем вашим ингредиентам я добавляю папу ложек панировочных сухарей, немного майонеза, чеснок, сверзу сыр, и на сыр половинку грецкого ореха. И в духовку. Это просто бомба! Рекомендую попробовать.

I stuff my mushrooms with the cut up stalks, cut up bacon, grated parmesan, bread crumbs, soft butter and some herbs, i cannot eat onion. I put the uncooked filling in the uncooked mushroom cups, unpeeled and bake it all together once. No messing around, and it is yummy.

I grew up in Romania and this is how I saw my mom peeling the mushrooms all the time. Only after I moved to USA I realized that this is not how mushrooms should be cleaned.
