Good job brother..!!, you spot the problem in a short time that good that the issues is just frozen bios,coz its hard when repairing board without schematic..good job.
your lucky the bios was not bricked ... i.e. firmware flash failed ... try to remember to unplug when reassembling just incase the screw driver hits the board and shorts something or it be time to get the soldering iron out :D ... i so hate laptops with thousands of screws just adds so much time to the repair .. funny enough I spotted the issue the moment you pressed the button it was either ram stick fail, fake power supply or CMOS needed resetting before thinking its on power rails.. good video .. but yes you have a lot to learn .. even me fixing computers since 1983 well i still learning
