- Labor Senator Fatima Payman has made some controversial comments breaking away from her party over the war in the Middle East.
Ms Payman criticised Prime Minister Anthony Albanese claiming he was too soft on Israel.
"This is a genocide and we need to stop pretending otherwise,” Ms Payman said.
