    Hi, Doug - nice video!
I know some people have already commented about how you shouldn't use metal utensils in a non-stick pot, but I didn't see where anyone explained all of the reasons why. Yes, as some have mentioned, you're ruining the non-stick surface, but what wasn't said is that the flakes of Teflon that come off the pot when you scratch it are getting into your food and, by default, into your body. Teflon in the body is not a good thing, so for no other reason you should stop using metal utensils in the pot. Ideally, you should replace the damaged pot because it's going to continue to shed flakes of Teflon over time.
Other than that, I enjoyed both your recipe and your presentation... rock on!
    Regards,
    Steve

Looks great, so n o complaints at all..
I will give you one tip though.. All you have to do to get that nice and thick, is just let it sit.. the longer pasta sits, the more moisture it will absorb.. If you have leftovers, in 2 hours, it will be so thick, you'd have to ADD moisture for it to be creamy like that
