Oh, you forgot to put in the cheatcode. Before you put the ball in, set it to potato, turn it off at 37 seconds left, set it to 3 mins, let it go fully, then finally, put it in for 10 minutes, and take it out at 7 mins and 31.8 secs EXACTLY. Quench the ball in water, and then you should be done.

I think this would be more expensive than a baseball. The equipment costs a bit. Unless you want multiple baseballs then I guess this would be cheaper.

I have been thinking about you all day, I have been pounding copper for years ( I am 70). One person said, pound it back to foil and cover a casserole. If you annealed it in a oven, to soften it . It's possible. NOT that anyone would do it, but there wise crack is possible.
They make gold leaf exactly that way.
What I want to try is, a 6" disk and wrinkle it instead of around the circle (1-12 hour clock) to the center point. Wrinkle 1-2-3-4 bring them to 8 .
Sounds crazy it would be a " can I do"....…? Type thing. Instead of a hollow sphere.
