What happened between Stacey and shabnem

Stacey and Shabnam were good friends up until Shabnam found that Stacey had Kush's child, while Kush was still with Shabnam. Kush and Shabnam had a child together however the child died at stillbirth so understandably she was depressed after that, afterwards she married Kush and they go on honeymoon together but what Shabnam didn't know at the time was that Stacey was expecting Kush's child and Kush hid that from Shabnam, until she eventually found out herself when Stacey gave birth at Christmas which led to Kush acting strangely. It was at that point she knew that Kush was hiding something. Not long after that Shabnam persuades Kush to get the truth out and then she divorces him. Then after divorcing him she left the square.
That's basically why Masood was hostile to Stacey in the scene, because her and Kush were responsible for Shabnam leaving the square, because of their affair behind her back.
