Great video, could you explain a bit more about this compensation of stroke seat. Is it mostly due to his shoulders being less relaxed? Thanks so much! Keep the awesome videos running.

Hey Jillian,
thank you for your positive comment.
My personal experience is that the shoulders should neither be too relaxed nor too stiff. In this particular case, the shoulders are not the problem. The issue I am referring to is the fact that he almost "leans" with parts of his trunk weight on his handles just before the catch. The shoulders are simply a means of weight transfer, which means that they are not the cause of the problem.
