I was placed under a gag order like that. They got to lie about me throughout the community, but I would face jail if I defended myself. Not one person tried to help me while I was being destroyed.
It's pretty standard to place gag orders on a defendent when there is a secuirty risk for the jurors. We've already had a juror drop out because she feared for her life ofter Fox news accuratley described her and accused her of being liberal without knowing what her political persuasion was.
The jurors were asked if they were Trump supporters before trial.. what’s that tell you about stacking the jury
They were also asked if they disliked Trump too. Essentially you have to find the least biased jury possible, and then you can move forward. It only takes 1 juror for Trump to walk free, but 12 jurors to find him guilty. That's some pretty good odds in Trump's favor.

The jurors need to ask themselves, "If it was me sitting as a defendant, would I consider that enough evidence of a CRIME was presented to convict myself beyond a reasonable doubt?". They really need to ignore who is sitting as the defendant but can they be blind? I don't have much confidence in the jury but I hope they prove me wrong.
