1500W Powerful inverter SINE 12V to 220V

  • This is a powerful inverter using 6 mosfet IRF3205, It has peak power of 1500W. Continuous power 1000W. Of course your transformer must be large as well. In this video, my transformer is quite small, only about 500W. You will need a larger transformer if you want to get a larger capacity. Details of the control circuit. Please see my previous video. Next week, I will update the new version with more functions for it. • Video

    All my projects are free, I design them on EAGLE 6.0. I uploaded it to Google drive. You need to use a web browser to download the file and open the file with winrar software (extract) on the PC. Open schematic file (.SCH) and PCB file (.BRD) with EAGLE software.

    How good is the voltage stability? Minimum acceptable range for me would be 260 open circuit and 210 under full load.

    hello i have two questions
    1- can I use a larger transformer or several in parallel and work this device at 2500 w? 2- can I change the transformer for one of 12 to 120 v or several connected in parallel and can it still work? thanks you

    In the design.. Feedback is present..Then why u don't use it.??

    A quick question the irf1404 mosfet I try using it to convert DC to ac but everything get really hot and current feeding back so I want to know if the mosfet can convert without a driver board

    I successfully made this inverter. with 7-0-7 80amp trafo....But the problem is... When​ Connected with 200watt filament light bulb ... Voltage decreases to 123v ac...
    What is the cause of voltage decreasing...Even with feedback??

    What on the paper that u print the circuit to eat away the copper so the circuit dont shorts out i really dont understand how u can print a something on paper and it just eat away the copper to cut the circuit in

    Las pruebas con cargas de 55watios no son suficientes, cuando lo uses con una carga alta y de forma continua veras que es insuficiente la refrigeracion que le pones, y con el tiempo te daras cuenta de otra cosa, no estas aprovechando bien los mosfet usandolos con señales analogicas, tendras que usar señales SPWM.

    Bro I made these inverter and the feedback is not working I tried increasing and decreasing the 10k pot but no response.I made these inverter with ir2103 ic in H bridge configuration . Pls help me bro to solve these problem

    Bro the code is not uploading to the arduino nano it is showing lcd.h fatal error so I removed lcd. h and reuploaded the code then it is showing liquid crystal display error or something I also removed that then it is showing some another lcd error please help 🙏 me to upload code to arduino

      Yes, replace TLP250 with 2 ICs IR2103. It will work

      @@PhdHung but when I compared the datasheet of 2 ic TLP250 and ir2103 ic the both are different . the ic pin of ir 2103 is entirely different from TLP250

      I designed it. I will start building it when I have enough money. I use PFC to increase the voltage to 400VDC. Then convert 400VDC into 220VAC stable with SPWM.

      @@saifanshaikh63 It steps 10V-0-10V to 220V, so it is being used as a step up. A transformer can be used both ways.

      Biến áp này lấy trong UPS. Nếu quấn thì sơ cấp 10 x 10 vòng , thứ cấp quấn 210 220 230 V. cho ra vài đầu dây. yếu thì chuyển lên cho chắc

      @@PhdHung hôm nào nghiên cứu cái inverter sine dùng arduino với 4 xung riêng biệt điều khiển 4 con fet cầu H đi anh. Nghe nhiều người bảo chạy 2 xung vuông 50Hz vói 2 xung SPWM ngon hơn chạy cả 4 con fet đều dùng xung SPWM có phải không anh.

      16 mosfet x 13K = 208K. Trong khi tiền youtube trả cho 1 video như này đc 3 40k chứ mấy. chả lỗ chỏng ra còn gì :))
