Braces for my teeth, getting a MUCH better hairstyle, exercising to grow muscle on my originally skinny frame, buying more fitting clothing, and overall improving how I carry myself (strong voice, speaking slowly and precisely, getting better at articulating my beliefs, etc). Took years of hard work, but it paid off.

Have you ever used Attractiveness Test? I think it’s decently accurate- it led me down the BP to begin with. Guys I know that it rated at least a 7 consistently would have the most girls that would crush on them, even if they were pretty boring people to begin with. The 6s (like myself) still do OK dating, but only when they have good social proof/good job/talents. I’m white and 5’11. I do get more engaged girls that message me first saying “cute” that are international girls, and dating them is much easier. So I wonder if my experiences with international girls as a 6 is like how guys that are a 7 get treated from American girls.

Ascended I have a question for you. In terms of my looks what does this sound like I get messaged first but not all that often. However I don’t have the best photos yet I also can get decent matches, I can get choosing sunglasses as well but this is definitely when I dress nice. But I have a wardrobe good enough to where I get them at least 80 percent of time I go out I also would do better in person with decent signals. And can at least find a few girls in a friend group who like me. Sometimes I can get a crazy signal for example a girl on tinder told me “hey cutie” but this is not as common as a Chad

Another way to determine your rank as a guy is how much people respect you and want to interact with you in general male or female. I believe I am between a 7-8, I work in retail everyone treats me with respect and admiration for the most part. My co workers think extremely high of me as well as my bosses. Other guys below my looks levels constantly get disrespected and looked over it's interesting to see the difference in treatment.

My face is a 6, my height is a 6, and my physique is a 6. Wait... 666 illuminati confirmed! But in all honesty, I definitely feel like I land between the 5 and 6 range facially; my nose looks decent (not crooked and not large), I have some jawline definition (some), and my lips are somewhat full. I'm 5 foot 6 inches, so although I won't get "handsome" as a compliment, I would still get called "cute" by many girls cause of my height. In fact, I've been called cute once by a female friend in school (just once). So I'm a 6 in terms of height. I'm hitting the gym as well and have been going for 4 months now and have made decent progress. Im fairly lean (around 20-25% body fat), and I'm putting on some muscle. So I'd say I'm also a 6 in terms of physique. Now, can I still up my looks? Absolutely! I feel like I can still up my looks from what I see in the mirror. Right now, I have front crooked teeth, easily fixable, just need to straighten out with braises; i dont do facial care, but perhaps I can start picking up a facial care routine; I have no hairstyle, I literally clip my own hair, I don't visit a stylist, so I can definitely still improve there; Getting down to lower body fat percentage can help too; if i can get down to 15%, that would be good. And then the rest: I don't have drip, drive an old car, no money, and I still live with my parents, unemployed. There's a lot of work to be done still! If I can improve upon all these factors, then I feel like i can move up to a 7.5 or even an 8! But an 8? That's being generous with myself.

I used to be sub5 maybe like a 4 or 4.5 mainly because I was very overweight, I never got disrespected by women or anything for my weight or even at all, all tho some friends would give me hard time occasionally. But anyways I started to lose weight when I was 16 and finished losing weight near the end of my senior year last year when I was 18, I dropped a total of 85lbs going to about 12% bodyfat, and this is around the time I discovered BP and looksmaxxing so I ended up getting a rating from a guy named road to 1% and he gave me a 6.5/10, so HTN or top 15%. Have you ever used Attractiveness Test? I think it’s decently accurate- it led me down the BP to begin with. Guys I know that it rated at least a 7 consistently would have the most girls that would crush on them, even if they were pretty boring people to begin with. The 6s (like myself) still do OK dating, but only when they have good social proof/good job/talents. I’m white and 5’11.
I do get more engaged girls that message me first saying “cute” that are international girls, and dating them is much easier. So I wonder if my experiences with international girls as a 6 is like how guys that are a 7 get treated from American girls.

I'm 56. When I turned 50 I got serious about weight training and put on 20 pounds of muscle. The difference it made with dating was amazing. I get much better looking women in my 50s than any other time in my life - guys, you can raise your rating dramatically by putting on some muscle.

If you take a long time to search for even a single memory (let alone even find one at all), you’re average. If you can think of a lot, you’re very attractive. One or two, barely above average. One or multiple very negative instances involving girls/women, and actual memories of people calling you ugly or appearing grossed out by looking at you…you’re definitely ugly.
That’s the true “real world” gauge for physical attractiveness.

Another way to determine your rank as a guy is how much people respect you and want to interact with you in general male or female. I believe I am between a 7-8, I work in retail everyone treats me with respect and admiration for the most part. My co workers think extremely high of me as well as my bosses. Other guys below my looks levels constantly get disrespected and looked over it's interesting to see the difference in treatment.

But in all honesty, I definitely feel like I land between the 5 and 6 range facially; my nose looks decent (not crooked and not large), I have some jawline definition (some), and my lips are somewhat full.
I'm 5 foot 6 inches, so although I won't get "handsome" as a compliment, I would still get called "cute" by many girls cause of my height. In fact, I've been called cute once by a female friend in school (just once). So I'm a 6 in terms of height.
I'm hitting the gym as well and have been going for 4 months now and have made decent progress. Im fairly lean (around 20-25% body fat), and I'm putting on some muscle. So I'd say I'm also a 6 in terms of physique.
Now, can I still up my looks? Absolutely! I feel like I can still up my looks from what I see in the mirror.
Right now, I have front crooked teeth, easily fixable, just need to straighten out with braises; i dont do facial care, but perhaps I can start picking up a facial care routine; I have no hairstyle, I literally clip my own hair, I don't visit a stylist, so I can definitely still improve there; Getting down to lower body fat percentage can help too; if i can get down to 15%, that would be good. And then the rest: I don't have drip, drive an old car, no money, and I still live with my parents, unemployed.
There's a lot of work to be done still! If I can improve upon all these factors, then I feel like i can move up to a 7.5 or even an 8! But an 8? That's being generous with myself.

I used to be sub5 maybe like a 4 or 4.5 mainly because I was very overweight, I never got disrespected by women or anything for my weight or even at all, all tho some friends would give me hard time occasionally. But anyways I started to lose weight when I was 16 and finished losing weight near the end of my senior year last year when I was 18, I dropped a total of 85lbs going to about 12% bodyfat, and this is around the time I discovered BP and looksmaxxing so I ended up getting a rating from a guy named road to 1% and he gave me a 6.5/10, so HTN or top 15%. And honestly the difference that all of this has made has been huge, get way more attention from women than I ever did, I’m not slaying or anything like that I’m just saying that making the jump from being a fatcel to borderline chadlite is huge.
