Hi Aubrey - just go to IONbiome.com and you will find a lot of great information there. Personally I believe everyone needs to be on it. Today I was told by a naturopathic doctor that a patient with rectal cancer was doing so much better since taking ION.
When I first saw your video "Raising Bree" I thought to myself "how could she do that for nearly 40 years and not go insane?" But after watching all your videos, I admit, your a very strong woman.
Really I do not feel that strong yet my love for my daughter and I learned unconditional love and perseverance from my parents.If you watch my Tedx talk from 2018, I think this will give you an idea of who I am. I so appreciate your kind words, it is just , please know I am very much like everyone else doing my best to put one foot in front of the other each day.

Hi there Wendy, your cooking for Bree videos have helped me over and over again these last 5 years... thank you so much and wonder if you still eat ' macrobiotics" ? As it did your daughter, it helped me when at age of 50+ nothing and I mean nothing else was able to help ... and now doing so very well. Ah a Quebequois , love it. Yes, I definitely eat plant based, vegan, macro. and I will be sharing cooking and lifestyle tips. Love to hear that as I truely believe everyone would benefit from plant based.
Do you have any advice on gall bladder pain and ibs? I'm a mum of two n my grandma suggested I look up fibromyalgia.. my Dr basicly nodded n agreed and laughed if I mention it was my gall bladder .. it can be excruciating at times .. I get achey joints too
Personally I would be checking out IONbiome.com. Listen to Dr. Zach Bush on CZcams. He is a triple board certified doctor. Research is now showing how important the gut is . Leaky gut is where the autoimmune diseases start. Glyphosate (round-up) is now in 75% of our air, soil and water and it causes leaky gut, therefore we all have some level of leaky guts, then add all the antibiotics. It is a tasteless liquid that one takes 3 times a day and starts working in 30 minutes on leaky gut. It stays in the body for 6 to 8 hours, that is why we have to take it 3 times a day.
