I read this book right after it came out I think. I’ve lost time with husband sickness and death and my health issues so I don’t remember when it came out but I bought it right away. Being a Christian, I believe God has not finished with Israel. So this book got my interest right away. It was one of the very best and unbelievable stories I have read and I read quite often. At one time we had a Jewish man come to our church to speak of his salvation after the Holocaust. I then became very interested about Jewish peoples history before and after the Holocaust. I read many books about that. I was very young then, less than twenty five and married. My husband and I had gotten to work on our faith. We had a Jewish speaker in come for a weak so when we did that at church you could volunteer to fix evening meal for the speaker. Therefore I became interested in Jews converting to Christianity. Now that I have read book SON OF HAMAS. I am interested in all of it and have real several stories about Muslims becoming Christian. I read this book right after it came out I think. I’ve lost time with husband sickness and death and my health issues so I don’t remember when it came out but I bought it right away. Being a Christian, I believe God has not finished with Israel. So this book got my interest right away. It was one of the very best and unbelievable stories I have read and I read quite often. At one time we had a Jewish man come to our church to speak of his salvation after the Holocaust. I then became very interested about Jewish peoples history before and after the Holocaust. I read many books about that. I was very young then, less than twenty five and married. My husband and I had gotten to work on our faith. We had a Jewish speaker in come for a weak so when we did that at church you could volunteer to fix evening meal for the speaker. Therefore I became interested in Jews converting to Christianity. Now that I have read book SON OF HAMAS. I am interested in all of it and have real several stories about Muslims becoming Christian. I guess I m behind on watching this story on line so I am watching now and am so excited to see people of both faiths coming to Christ. God bless Mosab. Need to see GREEN PRINCE now. Unlike Islam, Jesus told his followers, us, to love our enemies. Does this mean that we let people do anything to us, our loved ones, our country? No! God loves us, sent His Son to save us and restore us to Father God, and wants to help us grow to be like His Son Jesus. We dishonor God when we hate a human. We are to hate evil and those acts of evil that people do - we are to oppose and stop evil as we can but we are not to hate the people.
It takes great courage to speak truth because most of us humans are selective about the truths we believe. If it is God's truth, accept it and don't fight it.
As a Christian, I know what freedom is. No one can separate me from God's love because Jesus set me free to receive God's love, let Him grow me up in His love, gives me the ability to love God back (an honor), and gives me the ability to love even those who hate me.
Religiosity can trap people if their beliefs are wrong and their pride and resistance to truth enslaves them even more. If we are honest with ourselves, and others, and with God then God will show us the way to Him through His Son Jesus and set us free to love and be loved. To be loved and appreciated is the deepest needs of any person anything less is slavery and we can be our own worse enemies.
