So excited to get my vette back home..thanks ben!!
So what's the engine on it? as he seemed surprised at how fast it was lol and that's a big block guy saying that too so it must have a good power plant in it lol
Very cool stuff. I would have to change out that 74 bumper!
Great job getting it all back together. Leaks and Bubba's no skill wiring yeah you had a full plate when you started. Thanks for taking us along.
Time to relax, put your feet up, and drink a Tall Cold One, to celebrate another project well done. I'm sure Brandon, will be very pleased with your work. Congrats!
Glad it was something simple. Thanks for another great video!
Good job! The car looks good and it seems to be running well. Ben, you sure know your stuff!
Nice job Ben getting the '77 back together!
Cool, that's a nice car, hope Branden takes care of it...
Another great video Ben!
Bubba has no chance for survival around you Ben..another excellent job!
Fine post sir
Awesome traffic light!
Good video..
Didn't see that coming. I was sure this would be "doom and gloom" for the power steering and/or tranny. Nice to see that sometimes "Bubba" just forgets to tighten a line. Ben was acute regarding the possibility of the filler tube being the culprit for the transmission. See what a little experience earns you? Kuddos all 'round.
good man
That has the same power steering set up as on my 59 Chevy. If the spool valve leaks, there a super easy rebuild. I find that odd that GM used that set up on a Corvette... and not a power assisted gear.
Good end to a project - you did a lot of 'Bubba-correction' work on that thing! Learned something - didn't know the C3 Vettes used that linkage-style power steering. OK, on to the Oldsmobile.....right?? :-)
So did you give up your maintenance job? As you seem to be doing more work at home now, really enjoy your attention to detail! And methodical diagnosis methods, Thanks for the videos!😊
Seen the burgundy vet in the background with a peanut butter top did Ben get a new toy as always I enjoy your videos keep up the good work and whatever did happen to that dark gray vet
Awesome job, started watching your channel after I've been eyeing a 1981 Corvette I'd like to work on at some point, your videos are helpful! How do you get so many projects going?
Yea!!!!!!!!!
Horsepower garage..dont worry my brotha...no auto zone work...straight shop homie...lol
like your vids, i have a 77 i want to know if i can keep my stock carb, air cleaner and hood if i use a edelbrock 2101 maniflod.?
Ben, tell me if this is true.
I live in Australia and a friend who has imported a few Classic US Muscle cars told me that you could build a compete car with new parts because they still manufacture all the parts...... Is that true mate?
P.S....Thanx for keeping the them alive, been to many US Classic Car exhibits here in Oz and the young guys who were there have always been blown away by how different each Make and model looked unlike today where you can't tell either unless you see the badge.
It is true, however... It will cost you 10X what it could cost to just buy one already put together in good condition. And second you are not going to be able to easily register it because you basically have no VIN number. It will either be a specially constructed vehicle or you get a VIN plate from the junk yard and your car becomes that car. A little shady but no one will know unless you tell them.
I really enjoyed your 4 part series on the Vette even though I don't like Vettes. The time you take to go thru and explain what you will do . The Vette was really"bubbified". The vehicles I really enjoyed we're the older cars from the 59's and 60's but happy I found you r channel.
I couldnt get my dip stick seal on i end up using rtv how do i get it on do i just have to ram it in
Ben, were those small led's in the dash replacements for the normal bulbs?
Ben, what is that C3 convertible Red in the garage wirh the front end off???
So what is the status of your car, is it still laid up? and what's the plan rebuild it and rebuild it better hence all the jobs since then?
Okay what did this cost
Ben, I have a 76 stingray L-82 all original. It needs some work to be at drivers quality, how can I contact you concerning bringing it to you and prices?
benjamin.friend56@yahoo.com
Burnout video for 20,000 subs?
L48 or L82?
judging by what he said about the power I'd say probably an L82, but a new carb and electric ignition can go along way to making a slow car feel fast.
Don't you love an easy fix?
I hope he doesn't turn it into an autozone special
Need another C3 project car? I got one if you’re interested

why do people spend all day working on a greasy car wearing gloves and jump in the car still wearing the same greasy gloves and go for a drive ?
because its a corvette with a dark interior that was already dirty.
It was a logical decision.
The gloves are to keep his hands clean, not keep the car clean.
That piece of junk wasn't even worthy of your Corvetteben sticker. I guarantee you somebody deliberately sabotage that car. Because there is nothing on this earth that could be more broke down than that car was. I have never seen anything that bad. I salute you for even touching that thing. Damn what a piece of junk
