Amtrak Harrisburg Line Signal 964 Track #1 Cab Speed

Amtrak Harrisburg Line Milepost 96.4 eastbound track 1 intermediate displays Cab Speed on approach to ROY interlocking due to an 80mph Permanent Speed Restriction. The use of cab signal ATC to enforce track speeds was required by the FRA in the mid-2010's as a pre-PTC stopgap. However despite the deployment of ACSES PTC on the Harrisburg Line, the rather brute force cab signal solution remains in place.
