If you are facing same problem charging connected and disconnected then you can solve easily with few simple steps.
If any of these do not work try next.
1) Try Another charger and data cable.
2) Restart your phone.
3) Clean your charging jack with petrol and tooth brush with soft hand.
4) If your problem still not solve then contact with your nearest service centre.
