Detectives stay hopeful 25 years after Amber Hagerman's kidnapping

Arlington Police Department held a press event on the 25th anniversary of Amber Hagerman's death to provide new details surrounding the abduction and subsequent murder that occurred on January 13, 1996. Amber Hagerman's mother Donna Williams spoke about her daughter and pleaded for the killer to turn themselves in.

I would have to agree with you, also I hope that little girl's Family Finds Closure, also I think that someone, somewhere knows what had happened, I hope that Person, whoever It is, will have the courage to call the police, because we all know that there's always someone that likes to Brag and talk about what had happened 27 Years Ago, maybe someone might've overheard someone talking about what had happened, like, "Oh Yeah I've got something to tell you, 27 Years Ago, I took a little girl, and raped her, killed her, no-one knows that I did it".
