I don't think that was a go-around per se. My ears perked up when I heard ATC call out 28R, and this is a Fed aircraft. Investigating the recent-ish airspace incursion, maybe.Caveat: I don't really know what I'm talking about, just speculating.
Until yesterday, I didn't know how small kestrels are. This critter was not much bigger than a pigeon.
