I made this at Thanksgiving it was real good and I added her green beans with the cream cheese also instead of the soups. I used the crackers but put butter with them. After having watched many of yoir videos tonight as I struggle with insomnia, I want to tell you to remember that less is more almost 100% of the time with cooking. Also, take time in each step to make the food look better and develop deeper flavors. First, pat dry the pork. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Sear off in a hot pan with just a bit of olive or avacado oil. Then, either transfer to the baking dish or go straight tp the oven if your frying pan is oven safe. If you really want to do the whole cream cheese smearing on top, go with literally 1/6 of what you used. If you must add the powdered ranch, mix it into the cream cheese in a bowl before putting it in the pork. If you just slow down and take a few extra minutes the results would be much, much better. The stuffing is a whole 'nother thing. I am not quite sure if your channel is serious or meant to be funny. I hope not funny because that would mean wasting food.
