Looks delicious, just a heads up about cross contamination. The rest of the cream cheese would have to go in the bin as the spatula touched the raw pork and then went back into the cream cheese.

Unsweetened and no sugar added generally means two different things. You have to read the labels. I once made a dessert with no sugar added strawberries that brought on a massive migraine. After reading the label, my no sugar strawberries had aspartame. I’ve learned my lesson.

Also, more inexpensive meats have a salt water solution pumped into them. When cooked it comes out. They do this with chicken too. You buy meat by the lb so next time when you buy your meat make sure you get it without the salt solution. It makes the meat heavier so they can charge you more.

I made this at Thanksgiving it was real good and I added her green beans with the cream cheese also instead of the soups. I used the crackers but put butter with them. The dish did have a little to much liquid in it. So browning them first with seasoning would be great. They were white no color. LoL but they were delicious!!! So thank you Justine for the recipe. This place is a lost cause. If you’re spreading cream cheese on a cutlet of meat you’ve already lost. How about she sear them to 145f with salt pepper and sage and then eat them? Takes about 5 minutes. If a person doesn’t like medium rare meat, I would highly recommend that person grow up and develop a palate. If every serious chef in the entire world prefers a pork chop/steak the exact same way one should seriously consider why, no?

After having watched many of yoir videos tonight as I struggle with insomnia, I want to tell you to remember that less is more almost 100% of the time with cooking. Also, take time in each step to make the food look better and develop deeper flavors. First, pat dry the pork. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Sear off in a hot pan with just a bit of olive or avacado oil. Then, either transfer to the baking dish or go straight tp the oven if your frying pan is oven safe. If you really want to do the whole cream cheese smearing on top, go with literally 1/6 of what you used. If you must add the powdered ranch, mix it into the cream cheese in a bowl before putting it in the pork. If you just slow down and take a few extra minutes the results would be much, much better. The stuffing is a whole 'nother thing. I am not quite sure if your channel is serious or meant to be funny. I hope not funny because that would mean wasting food. If you are really trying to learn that is ok. I just hope it isn't being wasteful for clicks.

You should always wash your meat products before you place in container to bake. Be sure to also wash your hands in hot water and dry with a clean towel. Cannot watch a food prep video if these 2 important steps are omitted. 🥴

The meat is too white and watery - {my opinion}.

Meat should be rinsed well before cooking to remove bone framents, grit and unsavory contaminants from the meat packing plant. For your safety and others please use separate utensils for raw meat. They should not be used with other foods. Thanks for Sharing the recipe.😊

For decades now we know that washing meat is not necessary nor required. Your just contaminating your sink etc. Cooking meat properly kills bed germs especially pork and chicken. She should have used the entire tub of cream on the pork instead of having to through it away after contaminating it with the spatula. Don't know why it looked so watery at the end. Did not look appetizing. Browning salted peppered meat first always gives more depth in flavor. I'm telling you these younger newer CZcamsrs who cook have strange recipes. Where are they getting these weird ideas from? Sometimes too many flavors mixed together are just to much.

@@pamr.8025 Well if you’re dumb you may not be able to to abstract out that she overcooked it “cooked all the moisture out of it.” and that she shouldn’t have baked them “isn’t conducive to baking.”
You could have seared them with salt and sage and they would have been excellent and healthier.
