18:14 Just fyi- the lid for the spice of life canister was behind it :) I enjoyed the estate sale, but like others have mentioned, the prices were ridiculously high. I thought the purpose of an estate sale was to sell things, lol, those prices were so high they’re going to have a lot left over. Thanks for sharing!
When I go to those estate sales with retail prices and just turn and leave. Lol

When you were looking at that box lot of bunnies there was an old alarm clock.
Keep an eye on those. They do well some of them. I was just looking for a replacement GE one for my neighbor. She 94.
All the new alarm clocks dont have dial tuners now. She uses hers to listen to am radio.

Sometimes (not often) when the prices are still high on the second and third days of the sale the estate sale people will offer a low-ball price to the owners for everything left. Then they clear it out and sell it at auction or in their store. Bad practice I think, but they do it.
Wow, the prices were a bit up there. Whoever has to clear this house out is going to be sorry when they’re left with a ton of stuff they don’t know what to do with. I also love the Groucho Marx eyebrows when you catch yourself in the mirror Jeremy. It always gives me a giggle. 🤭

Sounds like the prices at all the estate sales in my city. And the thrift stores for that matter. I call it "pricing to collect dust" 🫤😆.
