- Ya'll definitely weren't expecting this one. That's right, today I will be talking about the Roblox Moderation system condensed into a concise and meme-packed video. One might even call it a funny moments of sorts because of how funny the Roblox Moderation can be. As most of you all are aware, moderation is pretty important in anything. From your daily life to video games, everything needs moderation in order to keep everyone from committing mass acts of tom foolery. However, the moderation on the gaming platform Roblox can be a bit spotty. To put it bluntly, the Roblox moderation is bad. From false bans to not banning at all, there seems to be no in between for Roblox. Thus, I've decided to condense all of Roblox's moderation system (or at least most of it) into a nice funny moments meme styled video so you all can learn about it.
You all might be wondering, what is so interesting about Roblox's moderation in particular. To that my friend I answer... It has quite the reputation. There are NUMEROUS instances where people get banned or terminated over the most hilarious things. They don't break the rules, yet they get yoinked regardless. On the other hand, things that should've been banned are just chilling there. That's what makes the Roblox moderation system so infamous. Something I discovered about chat moderation. It seems to take context into consideration when it moderates your messages, which is why you cant just send different parts of a slur or curse word in separate messages. Which is why sometimes the most random words can be censored. Something you can do to fix it is just say something(just a singular letter recommended) completely out of context. For example, the letter A or E. This will allow you to not have things such as âhowâ, âggâ, or âwhatâ tagged.

for me i think they censor the word "discord" to avoid players using it for doing some sus things like illegal trading on items or leaking someones address etc
To stop people from side platform trading and to (kinda) prevent child grooming

Personally, I am all for Anarchy. This being the case, I believe it should be up to the game owners to decide which words are censored instead of platform wise. This also applies to a lot of other things.

I have a Roblox book and it basically says that working at roblox is basically a slightly worse version of working at discord (there are free snacks and stuff)
the problem is probably that roblox is hiring people in 3rd world countries to moderate the games
the reason discord and numbers are censored is to avoid discord predators contacting ppl offsite and so people cant give away phone numbers addresses and credit card info
