- President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has instructed incoming Department of Education Secretary Juan Edgardo "Sonny" Angara to give special consideration on the welfare of teachers.
This is aside from ensuring the improvement of the quality of education in the country.

Mr President. I was born to elementary teacher parents. It is painful to hear politicians talking about promises of better welfare when we see budget being wasted to corruption. Teachers welfare has long been neglected and that is the reason we see a decline in Quality of education.

@@user-ye2lo5ey1p You need to tell that to the new DepEd Secretary. in as much as we, teachers, want to retain and drop those who are not performing well, especially those who are consistently absent and struggling. We cannot do so because we are prohibited from declaring a student's failure or dropping them due to the "no child left behind" policy. Another reason given by our superiors is that it may reflect a negative image for the school daw and even in the division as a whole.

Sir president pls consider also the welfare of private school teacher.... Many private school are close because of compitation in salary of private and public school teachers..... Endeed more schools and teacher must be prioritized.... A far school and few teachers or "few quality teachers" are the big issue
If you are a board passer definitely you can apply in government school. Vacant items are available every year. The government is not responsible to whatever things done by private institution.

mas magastos ang walang uniform kc bili ka nang bili ng mga damit mas mabuti ang uniform kahit pabalik- balik suotin dahil yan ang nararapat kung hindi magsuot ng uniform ang pangit tingnan kung ilang piraso lang meron ka na lagi mong suot at hindi ma identify ang nga kabataan kung saan na paaralan nag aaral.

Yung dahil ng mga guro di na mag kasya lalot di naman buo na makukuha yun dahil May kaltas sa mga benepisyo. Na makukuha mo lang kung mag retired kung wala kang utang na di mo rin maintindihan na bayad ka ng bayad pero walang kaltas yung loan sa gsis. Yung premiums laging May arrears kasi yung government shares May delayed sa remittances. Pag confinement sa hospital 2k lang ibawas sa philhealth na kinakaltas naman ang premiums bawat buwan. Middle class earner ang mga guro pero kung May pandemic or calamity Hindi sila priority na mabigyan nga ayuda dahil May trabaho raw. Pero nagbabayad ng tax.
