Around 7:50 and 7:55 you are toggling between R1 and R2 and show the Hello and Dead timers, The Hello / Dead in R2 is 10 / 40 respectively, the Hello / Dead in R1 is 30 / 120 respectively. You fix the issue by updating the hello timer to defaults, but make no change to the Dead timer? I thought both of these must match to make an adjacency, as per your early comment near the beginning of the video saying that the Hello and Dead timers must match?
