- The Rhodes Scholarship covers Oxford University course fees, as well as providing an annual stipend. For the 2023/24 academic year, the stipend is £19,092 per annum (£1,591 per month) from which Scholars pay all living expenses, including accommodation. Please note - this is not sufficient to cover partners or dependents.

Yes, you are right, priority will be given students with higher academic attainment and talents.
When it comes to scholarship, they consider the whole application in totality and not just one aspect of the students application. Someone can have a first class certificate without any extracurricular activities experience whereas another can have second class upper with rich extracurricular events and exceptional talents; in this case, it’s very likely for the later to be selected.

The Rhodes Scholarship is for masters and PhD. However, you can check university of Oxford scholarships for undergraduates
