I love collecting special editions of children's books. In this video I'm sharing some fairy tale books by Andrew Lang. Aren't the bindings cool? I'm showing a couple different editions of various books including:

your books are truly beautiful! i just bought all 12 of the rainbow fairy tale books for christmas, but the dover paperback editions at $15 a pop, they will have to do!

I have half of these. They are not easy to find but they are beautiful.
I would love to finish up the collection, but you're right they are hard to find. Even harder when you are on a budget :)
Lovely collection! I've only read Lang through Gutenberg. Would love to come across one of these older editions in the wild but haven't as of yet.

The only books that I remember as a young girl were the Nancy Drew series and whenever I go to thrift bookstores unfortunately I don’t see any. 😩

You can't dig through hundreds instead thousands or tens of thousands of books a exciting endeavor to be certain.
Hello. I wonder if you know of a general list of the table of contents for all of the 12 volumes. It's frustrating to want to find a certain tale and have to go through all 12 to find it! Do you know of anyone who has put together a complete table of contents? I hope so. Thanks for this. Anne
