Ahhhh thank you!!! So happy you loved the video. I’m excited for your big venture-going to be amazing! Leadership took me time to develop and you can always always always improve! The biggest thing I’ve learned is not to micromanage…guide your team and hand it off for them to take it on. They are going to make little mistakes here and there. As long as you show them what they could do better the next time-it’s easier and less stressful because you’re not breaking down their neck lol. I would probably make a ton of mistakes if my boss was watching my every move.😅

Ahhhh thank you. I try to stay as calm as possible working with tons of people and teams. The reason for that is because if i were to bring stress, chaos, and anger into my meetings it wouldn’t make the work get done any better. That energy would just transfer over to my teams and departments. Nothing good comes from putting that type of energy onto your team.

My favorite part of the video was seeing you being able to multi-task, get your workout in, and handle all that stress while still being so kind and loving to those around you. I am working on slowing down for those I love and looking for opportunities to serve others throughout the day rather than being so hyper-focused on what needs to get done… so it’s nice to see a successful woman do that too. Also loved how you even made time to talk to your Dad, (I know it was wedding related, but you took your time with his call) that was super sweet to watch.
