Thanks, i've been searching for a good 7 segment to make my own calculator (i know there are better ways than this but im practicing redstone and stuff) and ive made a very complicated 7 segment once which works like an actual computer with binary codes so thank you for an easy quick(er) template!
Yes I can send you it on discord. Or you can do it using NOT and AND gates at the cauldron part it should output signal when 0 is displayed. And connect it to the activation of the second machine.
Because I always seem to go wrong there too, but every single time I took my time and did it right I had exactly 48 glass bottles in my inventory so that’s just my recommendation to check after you’re done coding and another hint is if the numbers do not show up in order or in the same way as they should on the normal seven segment display

Yes but you need to change piston locations (mirror them) and power them in the same order

Does it work with copper bulbs?
I haven't tested it yet but as far as I know they use the same mechanics so it should work.

mine went 0, 1, reverse 9, 3, 4 without the middle, 5 without the middle, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, what did i mess up?
nvm i fixed it, i filled/drained the middle and end cauldrons
Hint next time, make sure that you have 48 glass bottles in your inventory if you have less or more than that, you definitely went wrong
