So kitanas reaction makes more sense than you realize, because all of her people are godlike/demi gods- so now he ironically is on her level marriage wise
Aftermath somehow takes this story to another level. I never imagined we would have gotten a follow up so quick, let alone one with as much story content as it had.
Achara would love MK11's launch trailer. It uses a remixed version of the Mortal Kombat song. Totally kickass!
Jacqui was so loud on that boat because young Jax was talking about being able to avoid his future suffering now that he knows how it happens. This would in turn possibly prevent him from meeting her mother and erase her existence hence why she was so loud on the boat being upset
Liu Kang becomes a revenant after dying. With his revenant self killing his younger self, it doesn't fundamentally change his revenant status. He would become a revenant sooner and under different circumstances, but Kronika can manipulate time as to have Liu Kang still reach the same destination.
I kinda hate when mkiceandfire channel posts these gameplays of the full gameplay and only uses one character when it gives you the option multiple times to pick between two
Raiden is weaker in the nether realm. Which is why old Raiden used shinocks amulet to fend off the demons as a distraction
Since you guys like this, the Injustice 1 & 2 cutscenes reactions would be fantastic!
Lore bit about Scorpion. He is probably the only one that wouldn't matter if you kill his past version as Scorpion was remade in the Netherrealm and each time he does he just reforms there. That's how he has his hellfire. However present Scorpion no longer has respawn abilites so it would matter if he dies.
If they were gonna kill Scorpion, they could have at least used Bi-Han. You know, the culmination of Scorpion's past mistakes now coming back to bite him, making it thematically appropriate.
For many MK fans this story mode was basically like our "Avengers Endgame", it made use of so much from the previous games and this scene
Raiden and Liu Kang being long time enemies was such a great misdirect. Ever since MK vs DC did they hint a feud was going on with them both. And the fact they shown a MK vs DC stage was the proof we all needed.

Funny Achara mentioned the mk movie theme. The trailer for 11 was the first time I can think of where they used that theme for the game. It was nostalgic as heck when they used it.

Using fire god Liu Kang in the story mode was so fun they even added thunder attacks to his moves
