oh my lord! i saw the box and became SO jealous. OOO is my favorite rider series. But you deserve something this amazing you bring joy to a lot of people on the daily. Now i kinda wanna rewatch OOO and all the movies

To be honest, if you’re gonna get a second CSM, I was kinda expecting sth from Kiva, like the IXA belt, considering you love him quite a lot if not mistaken.
But OOO is definitely a worthy purchase. And I still have some fond memories about your role play OOO reviews, too. Especially your Medagabryu review.
My only csm is the complete garren set and it's so nice. This one looks great too, hopefully a review won't force me to track one down.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! But seriously, speaking as an OOOs fan, and indeed someone who OWNS that very complete Selection you've got there, a worthy purchase at a worthy price. To give you a heads up, yes it can scan the old medals, but there are several medals the old scanner cannot scan from this set. Personally, I'd NOT sell the spinner unless you're really sure, as the new Driver DOES work with it, even with new sounds for the GiGa Scan, so you might want to change your tune on that one. That said, enjoy it brother, even with all that's happened since it's one of my favorite drivers. I hope the NEW Medals will be as delightful for you as they were for me!

Cool set. The most I've ever spent on one toy is $400+(shipping was free) for Encore G1 Fort Max when he first came out back in 2013. It was worth it since he came with the swords for him and Cerebros. I used my tax refund that year to pay for it.

Happy for your purchase but honestly some of those CSM release are just glorified DX versions. Wish they could adjust the size to the actual show prop, rather than just put nicer paints and add character phrases nobody cares for. Although I must admit CSM OOO Driver is quite complete package, while Sengoku Driver arrives with only 3 lockseeds for a quite steep price.
At the same time, proportionately speaking CSM has had a better track record in scaling price to quality/value than the Legacy line. My main complaint for ALL of the DX products of that line was they were at least 30 to 50% more expensive than what they deserved. Yes, the Sengoku set is VERY NOT worth the price it asks for, and I mean that combining the base set and the additional sets. I'm monumentally happy that Gaim is getting a bountiful harvest of love once more, as it is proof that in the hands of master narrative sorcerers like the Urobutcher and the nitro+ gang, even the silliest concept can grow and ripen to be the most engaging and (actually) mature narrative, but Bandai can still be a bit too Greeedy at our expense.

Yes I can relate. I got the CSM Kamen rider Ryuuki V-buckle and Dragvisor set for 51840 yen or almost 500usd at the time, if you get the set as pre-order.

Awesome purchase! I only spent that kind of money on a toy once in my life, and that was my Encore #23 version of Fort Max, the Japanese one with both Fort Max's & Cerebros's version of the master sword, that was 100% complete with unapplied stickers, but just in an unsealed/opened but undamaged box, that was a "belated birthday present" I got for myself with a federal income tax refund one year (I want to say it was either '16 or '17, but can't remember at the moment)

I have been REALLY wanting this set myself a lot. The only CSM driver I own is W, which I know is not as top tier as most csm drivers are, but I still love it. If they make a CSM wizard driver, I will be all over that.

If it makes you feel any better.. I purchased the Cryo saber minicons.. and yes it was not cheap. But hey.. they are imo the best star saber minicon iterations.
I actually own this! Also got mine off Mandarake back in 2018 for $300. And now it just sits, mounted to my wall, collecting dust O_O
Anyway, it's a fun piece. I was drawn in by all the new forms they added for this set, and they're all really cool. The art for them in the documentation is a great bonus. I just wish I remembered I had all those Medals more often to use in photos with animal themed stuff.

A few days ago, I bought the parts 1 and 2 boxsets for the Marvel Cinematic Universe phase 3 DVDs because they're normally just under $40 each and JB Hifi are having a 30% off sale, so I bought them.
Why is this embarrassing?
I already had every single phase 3 movie and I was only buying them to reduce the amount of space all 11 movies took up on my DVD shelf

Well, it's more of just a prop piece if you're talking about that 2 piece Taka medal.
The broken medal is a prop piece, the cracked medal works like a normal Taka medal, UNLESS you use it in TaJaDol, then you get Ankh as the driver voice.
Not gonna lie man the little added sound effects in this video make it a tad bit funnier.
Considering how much time and money he spends trying to complete a Kamen Rider gimmick set per season, 500 bucks to complete everything in a single purchase is a good idea.
I just spent 150 on my OOO driver, missing a few medals but it also had all of Birth's equipment with it too so can't really complain. Let me know when it goes up and I'll buy it off of you since I REALLY don't want to import another one from Japan unless it's the CSM.

Hey man I spent 500+ on an amazing lightsaber with changeable RGB and sound and I do not regret it what so ever. But more recently I bought the DX OOO Belt for myself for Christmas with a completed medal set (not CSM set). Once I make it big in acting then I’ll be getting me one of those babies. Enjoy my friend :)

Mind blown 😱 that’s amazing! My Christmas present to myself was Earthrise Scorponok. Got him on eBay but he was complete. Brand new nothing was missing the box completely sealed. I got trypticon in 2018 for 80$ but I haven’t had luck with any of the other titan class figures.
Mine was the Superlink cryo booster. With snowblind, monocle and lens ( or was one quantum? i cannot remember) . I've wanted it for years and could never find them. But i finally found the complete set on ebay. 80$ with the figures and their packaging.

I spent 200 CAD on Earthrise Soundwave. Mind I think a massive chunk of that went to shipping because I had it in less than a week from Singapore -> Canada. Worth it! Saves me the trouble hunting.
