Awesome video my friend. Side note: I used to have the TINIEST calves despite skipping rope for almost a decade. Then in the past 4 months, they exploded, almost tripling in size. The reason; I started emphasizing pulling myself DOWN at the top of my 'hop' instead of just focusing on hopping up and over the rope. Super hard to explain, but I almost pull myself down using the handles at the apex of my jump to load my landing, which forces me to 'hop' back up as a result. But getting that technique down made me sooooo much smoother on my feet, and gave me this explosiveness to my footwork that I never dreamed I would have.
Perfect tutorial. Thanks for sharing Shark
Thanks a bunch Mr. Shark for the Jump Rope Tutorial. I was just thinkin' about how to learn to jump like a boxer 😂

Yessir! Smooth technique and training Sir!
Well done but you missed a very important part of jump roping how to measure the right length of the jump rope for youself 👊👊
Just what I needed. Thank you. How long should we jump for as beginners and should I do it jump all at once or break it up into sets?
🙌🙌🙌👍👍👍👍👍
