That happened to me almost so, I was walking to my house from school not that far but I accidentally missed the bus and a car pulled up to me and said "hello! I’m driving you home your parents sent me" I just froze and kept walking and said no that was the scariest moments of my life.
Always give your children a secret password to use with any strangers!
That's a great idea if a accident really happened the mom could say tell so and so this word so they know it's safe to come with you

When I was younger, my mom and I set up a code system, so if a car with a person I didn't know tried to pick me up from school, I would ask for the "code". This actually worked, because twice some person tried to pick me up without knowing the code, and they drove off when I asked for it :P

a 10 year old boy was walking home and some one approached him and told him his dad sent him and the little boy called his dad and the dad didn't send anybody
Thankfully the boy knew to trust his instincts and call his dad. Having the conversation about strangers with our kids is very important for their safety.

I been walking home alone since I was 5. When I reached like 10 I used the bus . Now in High, I still use the bus.
Guess I am lucky since my country has high kidnapping rates
I remember when I was 9 and my learning difficulties were worse back then, I was standing outside the school gates waiting for my mum to come get me and a man pulled up Infront of me and said he was my mum's friend and she had asked him to pick me up. I said to him that my mum didn't have any male friends and that I didn't know him. The teacher came up to me and he drove off, couple mins later my mum turned up and said to the teacher that she never asked anyone to pick me up. To this day I'm glad I never got in that car.

When I was a kid my dad, twin sister and I would always grocery shop every Saturday after my hockey games. When I was 9 years old I was in my towns grocery store when someone tried to lure my sister and i away from my dads cart while he walked away for a minute to a different aisle. He even grabbed me by the arm then I stood in front of my sister and then started yelling help. I live in a pretty crowded town and our main grocery store is ALWAYS packed. Other adults (maybe 5 or 6 adults) rushed over to get him away and I still remember one guy who punched him. My dad came back quickly too and started yelling at the guy once he realized what happened, the people who stopped the stranger wouldn’t let my dad near him. (My dad was a former marine) so that was probably best. Sorry for this book lol

1: If the person grabs u from the top of ur body either smush their toes or kick them in the shins or where it hurts
2: If someone is telling u to get into a vehicle just take off anything making it hard for u to run and run
3: If someone is kidnapping u scream with every breath u need to keep safe and start swarming around the bag
4: If someone is about to do something to u run and if they start to gain on u ull have to kick them anywhere with all ur might
5: If someone is taking stuff thats urs with them try to tell somebody u know well or fight
