So helpful with diet suggestions and knowing our liver is the best detox we need. Stay away from processed foods, minimal red meat and coffee is ok. And the question about full body scans - keeping focus on the things we can control - sleep, activity, food, stress levels - so good!!

Hi Dr I have breast cancer stange 2 Grade 3 and I am HER 2 positive. I had 2 cycles of chemo and stopped my treatment.
I wanted to ask you dose cancer spread by surgery?
If I don't treatment cancar how soon can cancer spread ?
Can treatment plan change?
I loved all of this up until I heard "There is no evil food." With all due respect, I completely disagree. There is absolutely evil food and the companies that make this food (in labs, I might add) are driven by profits and greed with no regard to human health whatsoever. So don't let it instill fear, but know if you cannot pronounce the ingredients stay away from it. The closer the food is to the earth, the more whole and natural, the more it will help you in your fight with cancer. God put foods on this earth to heal us. I wish all health and healing.
