Good morning. Can you give me the name of a natural product I can use. I am presently going through chemo for breast cancer. My scalp is a bit itchy and tender. Is baby shampoo a good option?
Do you have any more in-depth CZcams videos on whether someone chose not to get radiation?
umm ummm take drink every time she smacks and says ummm
Unbelievable you would focus on this when you are getting valuable free information! If you don’t see that, move on! Good grief!
I have no cancer now going on trastuzumab only my choice . I do not my heart to go bad.
This presentation was super informative and should be recommended to women who have been diagnosed with her2+ to better understand the treatment path and a little reassurance. Thank you for making this available for public viewing
Ugh.. I am a breast cancer survivor 3b … now my remaining breast has lumps reminding me of first cancer ..doc’s says fibrosis breasts ..so frustrated lump is getting bigger … I complained for many years till last bc was diagnosed any helpful hints ..currently no insurance but do get a break with only having one breast on cost of testing ..
Thank-you, very informative and reassuring, and being proactive with this disease❤
man there’s no answers to any questions. I know i have several.
Is it painful ? I dont like pain 😢
I developed dcis while on anastrazole for previous cancer Why would this be happening
Hi i am afraid of herceptin injection side effect??
No thankyou I will not take these medications. I already have ostropenia I don't want osteoporosis. I had a hysterectomy my ovaries removed & my tubes. I believe getting rid of fat on your body you don't need reduces estrogen that you don't need. I wouldn't be able to deal with the side effects. Then I have my teeth to worry about. I still have all of my natural teeth & busted my butt to take care of my teeth. And this stuff your mentioning would cause tooth loss. There has to be more alternative treatments out there for those of us that can't tolerate these medications. I will not take this stuff for ten years. Then it causes weight gain & swelling which is what I have as it is. Then you're told that obesity causes a higher risk of breast Cancer. I told my doctor no as far as these medications are concerned.
I agree with you my dr is trying to get me to take them I just finished breast cancer treatment. The risks are so high for so many other health issues and I went to the dentist yesterday and he said I'd be risking losing my teeth no way I can't do it . I'm going with natural supplements .
@@tracyvernon5078 I don't blame you then I'm not going to put up with them telling me there is no alternative treatment. I already have gum recession & I don't want it worse. I will continue to look for alternative treatment. Then I have trouble with lipadema even when I take pain killer's. My ankles were swollen after I had my mastectomies. So I have been looking for more exercises to do not only to be fit & lose weight. But to also lower my Cancer risk. And my body has been uncomfortable being swollen. I notice a difference with my stomach it went down some. But I have a long way to go before I will have a flat stomach.
My friend lost 4 teeth her dentist referred her for a bone scan and she now has osteoporosis!
Research DIM I started taking it this week there are utube videos about it . Our store here is called Drs nutrition they sell natural supplements you can also order online from them .

First time seeing your video, thank you so much for all the good information for Her-2 positive.
Great presentation
This is a great video! I was diagnosed 9 months ago with HER2, and this video really helped me understand it. Question...is lymph node involvement considered a metastatic?
Hey dear, I studied medicine and have breastcancer too. In Germany we call it "local lymphatic metastasis" which is NOT considered as stage four cancer. So it's basically a healable, "local/regional" metastasis if near the breast ... Good luck! ❤
Just shaved head yesterday. Best shampoo/wash now. You may have already said...thanks

I just found this on CZcams and great info. I'm a woman of color but I live in California I am interested in possibly displaying tattoos to help other women of color. Thank you for giving us hope for feeling whole again.
Thank you for this presentation. I'm reassured by the relatively low likelyhood of caridiotoxicity effects from trastuzumab for patients who are in good health aside from their breast cancer.
This has got to be the best medicine video ever. Ansolutely mind bending hilarious and full of joy. Thank you so much to introducing me to Laughter Yoga.
Thank you so much for this informative video! 25:54
What is the cost ?
Hi Dr I have breast cancer stange 2 Grade 3 and I am HER 2 positive. I had 2 cycles of chemo and stopped my treatment. I wanted to ask you dose cancer spread by surgery? If I don't treatment cancar how soon can cancer spread ? Can treatment plan change?
Hello, please help. I had thick long hair. I had cancer in my spleen, pancreas, stomach, diaphragm, outside of my lungs and outside my esophagus. They gave me a week to live if i didn't start chemo immediately. I had intense 8hr chemo treatments with 2 and a half viles of "red devil " that makes you lose your hair. I lost all my hair. It's been 2 years but my hair grew back very thin. I have probably a third of the hair i had. Any suggestions on how to get more hair or thicker hair?😢
This was very helpful and explained very clearly a lot of data I had been confused about. Thank you.
What is the HER2 post adjuvant oral drug called?
Neratnib, or Nerlynx.
Beautiful! Thank you!
Thank you too!
Chemo carpet bombs ALL fast dividing cells. It's total poison. It's a balancing act between not killing you and killing any lose cells. They are guessing there are loose cells. They don't know for sure. It's for insurance but does not guarantee the cancer will not return. It can return using chemo or Herceptin or both. Herceptin ups the percentage of heart issues. Herceptin will try to STOP the cancer from returning or if it can't do that, it will be used to SLOW down the metastasizing if it returns. If you are triple positive, (Estrogen, Progesterone and HER2 positive) they'll suggest you get 12 weeks of chemo along with Herceptin and continue Herceptin every three weeks for a year. They will also suggest you take hormone pills to totally suppress your estrogen and progesterone. This will give you extreme hot flashes, extreme night sweats, depression, weight gain, painful joints , fragile bones and menopause brain fog. They will suggest you do this for five years. All of this is with the hope that triple positive breast cancer will not return. This is the truth. You have to decide is it worth it?
I loved all of this up until I heard "There is no evil food." With all due respect, I completely disagree. There is absolutely evil food and the companies that make this food (in labs, I might add) are driven by profits and greed with no regard to human health whatsoever. So don't let it instill fear, but know if you cannot pronounce the ingredients stay away from it. The closer the food is to the earth, the more whole and natural, the more it will help you in your fight with cancer. God put foods on this earth to heal us. I wish all health and healing.
I've heard from dermatologists not to put menthol on your skin l, so you may want to look into that.. xx
Is age a factor with treatment
Dear Eric and Carolina Breast Friends, can't thank you enough for this presentation with full of sense!! Great work.

Hi no one seems to say they can cause horrible headaches well mine was migraine even started to wake up with it and very low mood I just cannot take them … it is really hard for some women 😢
This is one of the BEST presentations I have seen on this topic. Heartfelt thanks to you! I am in my 60's, progesterone, estrogen and HER 2 positive.
Thanks so much. That's so great to hear. Wishing you the best. If you are in the Charlotte, NC, area or ever travel this way, please come into The Pink House for a visit. We would love to meet you. "Until there's a cure, there's care."

@@CarolinaBreastFriends what if someone margins were clear no trace of disease within the body after a dmx and refused treatment what is the percentage of reoccurrence ? can someone just get herceptin without chemo ?

This is dangerous advice. Socializing is more important than surviving cancer and diabetes. Are you kidding me. I feel great when I fast and eat low carb. Weight goes down and no insulin spikes.
We're sorry to hear you took issue with the content in this presentation, but we're glad to know you've found a nutritional practice that is helping you to thrive. That's indeed important! Question group !!! I’ve read instead of fully shaving my head I should leave like 1-2 inches of hair to avoid it infection and help w regrowth pain . Has anyone done / heard this ?!
I use baby shampoo and coconut oil.
You look so much like Pink I thought, "Heck no.... She ain't had no breast cancer " but I clicked anyway, lol. Thank you 👍
I thought the same too 😆 I'm goin blonde today 6 months post chemo.
Talk quite too much , lol
Thank you for this information, understanding helps us approach this with less fear.
Just cut my hair was like my butt I just cut 33 inches off to my ears and then I was gonna go pixie but it’s starting to fall out already I did get my eyebrows lips and eyeliner tattooed though before Chemo to help me get through it to feel a little prettier thank you for this video
45-year-old white single woman three college kids breast cancer BRCA1 gene positive carrier triple negative everybody in my family died of it only stage one second chemo treatment today feel great
Praying for you! I was 56 with one college kid and one college grad. I was dx’d TNBC-4/1/22; stage 1B with Ki-67 >90; bilateral mastectomy-5/2/22 and 16 cycles of ddAC-T. I couldn’t tolerate the two iv anti-nausea meds due to 24/7 migraine which could not be tolerated. I managed with zofran, decadron, and compazine. Developed hand and foot syndrome with AC and chemo rash with taxol so oncologist switched taxol to abraxane. Didn’t make a difference. Also could not tolerate the Neulasta OnPro, but did well until 12th cycle when I became neutropenic. Took one week break for chemo rash then later neutropenia. Reconstruction began with expanders 4/3/23 then implants 7/3/23. I will need at least one more surgery and tattoos then praying it’s behind me. Next month I see oncologist and we had discussed PET scan, but idk. Just have to stay positive and fight like a girl. I hope you have a great support system. If you ever have any questions, I would be honored to help. I will honestly be praying for you. 🙏💕 Oh and I have no genetic markers for cancer.
