I did originally find your channel because of the journalling/planning content, but as a pagan myself, I'm keen to see more of that as well. (I actually purposefully sought out creators who were using journalling as part of a tarot or pagan spiritual practise, and yours was one of those).

For what it’s worth, I think the equipment you are using now gives an excellent result. I appreciate the informational, philosophical nature of so much of your work-whereas I really don;t enjoy some of those wildly popular creators who feel slick and high-production (rather than actual meaty content). The direction you say you want to go next sounds like your wheelhouse, and it’s what I am interested in too. So go YOU! And maybe you don;t really need more $$ equipment to accomplish what you are already so good at.

This was great Jessica. I found myself shaking my head yes with so much of what you have said here. You are a very calming lady, and I love that you want to promote that in this crazy busy world. I also do not understand the issues that people have with spiritual people making money on their business or chosen careers. We do live in a society that requires money for survival. I think much of that mentality comes from religious conditioning. I also do not like to tag people because I don't want anyone to feel pressured to do something, that they either don't have the time for or desire for. I know not everyone feels that way but I share this with you. 😍😍😍

I've used filmora for editing that I like, it's paid $$ that's a step above than the free stuff but not as ultra fancy as adobe premiere pro, but honestly, imovie is fine. I prefer the simpler editing in most videos.
I've been inspired by your videos to do a collection bujo, for moon stuff, tarot and book notes.

I am so onboard! I love that you are guided by the Goddess to share more Goddess centered topic. It's very inspirational and much needed. It's important to do what you are inspired to shared and not feel obligated. I only watch about two or three witchy channel, all the other ones I have tried but I am not interested.

I personally don't want to monetize my blog because I don't want to consider 'will this work for my audience'? 'Am I going to lose income if I say that?' I can afford to do so because the income I would expect is minimal and I will not miss it. This doesn't mean I consider other people sell-outs.
On an unrelated note, if you're interested in learning Photoshop: Clip Studio Paint often comes on sale for around £25 rather than as a monthly subscription. It's not quite the beast that Photoshop is, but also doesn't have the same learning curve, and you're unlikely to outgrow it any time soon. Instead, invest in a small graphics tablet if you don't already have one.
