Hello sir, just wanna ask if it is necesary to put water in the oxygen source (if we use bottle humidifier) for astral 150 ?

If you are using high flows of oxygen, greater than 5 or 6 lpm, I would add humidity.

Can I use that circuit in Bipap mode?

Yes. It will work for all modes.

The filter is can be replaced by the company the had supplied the Astral 150.
