I had those 95 neons when they came out the first time. I have this vivid memory of being super stoked on them until I wore them at an underground rave and some hot drunk raver girl throwing up on them. I left them at the rave and ended up buying some vans off a friend afterwards. I love em…but that distinct vomit smell is still in my memories 😕

and the Mrs got the Hello Kitty Presto from 18montrose for £44 which made me kinda salty at the £120 retail I paid on release. Might have to grab another one for myself as mine are kinda beat now.

1. I’m NOT into anything special being done to gain access to a shoe. I don’t want to have to make free throws, drive a golf ball 200 yards, dress up like a Powerpuff Girl or buy EXTRA merch in order to have access. I’m sure retailers can look to see who has supported their brand through the years. Nike surely has this info. So I don’t have a problem if Nike uses PREVIOUS sales history. But at point of sale? NO.
2. I just have a small issue with wording on the GOAT story. I don’t think it should be phrased that GOAT backdoored the shoes - rather they sold pairs backdoored directly to them by the Travis Scott team
