best settings ?, also have a mouse with more button options, what would be the best bindings ?
Im new to keyboard and mouse
I play with the basic default settings currently but if I tinker with the settings I'll make a video for it, as for the mouse binding, HIGHLY recommend putting powers on your mouse, Q and V by default are in a terrible spot on your keyboard when trying to use WASD
I like how about half of this stuff I figured out on my own through 2 games... then the other half would have been quite helpful to know earlier.
I tried to do a mixture of glaringly obvious but also a bit more advanced, didn't want to scare people off when you can get by quite fine in early games knowing only these things, at some point I may do a more advanced version
i play the sniper girl and i never know which weapons/equipment is best for me to pick up :(. Im also confused about how item drops work, sometimes my teammate can see the stuff on the ground and sometimes we see different stuff, so we never know if we should use different equipment or not to have higher chance to max the gear
At a very basic level, the equipment that drops that has a small star next to it is seen as ideal for your character, I believe on Shrike it is quick blade and vampiric blade, as for the way that equipment drops work from monsters, boots are a shared drop meaning that picking up boots doesn't remove them from your teammates screen, whereas every other equipment does remove it from your teammates screen, I would always recommend going for your target items irrelevant of rarity as having some equipment (like the helmets) really aren't beneficial to use whatsoever regardless of their rarity

is the game gonna launch on steam or somewhere else?
Right now I believe they are planning a launch via their own launcher on www.playsupervive.com/en-us
but I do currently play the game via Steam so there's every possibility that on full launch it finds its way onto Steam.
Could You explain the loot? What is this „smart equip”? How do I know what item is better for me?
Smart loot effectively takes the best items from a box to make you stronger automatically, the only time it isn't useful is when you need to switch to a weaker shield quickly

It does seem a lot to begin with but once you know how it all plays out it's one of the most entertaining BR games out there for sure

I will agree it is a lot to take in to begin with, I would recommend signing up and trying it out first, the combat really is amazing and if you find it too much they really do appreciate any feedback about how to improve their game.

Honestly, I do think Arena has the potential to be the better mode down the road with a ranked system
Is 2v2 or squad the main mode?
Squads is considered more of the 'main' mode but there are 3 modes in total, Squads and Duos on the BR map and Arena, a 5v5 TDM style mode on an Arena map

Honestly not a big fan of the ''strategic part'' explained in the video, since most of it is just because the enemies seem to be very new to the game, as example at 11:37 it is portrayed as the quick solo engage is the major problem but in reality the real problem is that the enemy who engages is 2 Levels down and his shield is broken even before the fight, but can still appreciate the video since the core essence is alright
You aren't wrong, it was more just to highlight that even if they were at the same level with the same armour, the Kingpin choosing to fight there the way he does is the complete wrong decision which would have lost the fight, its just tons easier for us to win because of what you mentioned

Somewhere do the line you would hope that would be the case, Theorycraft are a relatively small company right now tho so I imagine a strong PC version is their main concern in the immediate future

Without it, most of the time you will struggle on some hunters to be able to gap close so it is necessary somewhat.
Started playing, recognized the voice and went "What the? Why did rebrand?" and have been going through your twitter and comments to try and find some concrete reason you've rebranded, but couldn't find anything. So, in the most uneducated and annoying way possible, I leave a YT comment in the hopes that the reason for your rebrand isn't simply "Don't like vanguard and the mistakes Riot are making, want to distance myself".

As someone who wasn't making Riot Games titles the primary focus of my channel going forward due to Riot Forge's closure (Riot Forge was a big reason I started it in the first place) it didn't seem right to be named what I was named if I'm not primarily making Riot Games content, I have one eye on 2KXO and the MMO (if it ever comes) but for now the guys at Theorycraft (made up of ex-Riot devs you may know) have created something really capable of standing alone as it's own mainstay title. I appreciate you commenting and wondering why and I hope this helps you to understand better, I did also cover it via a community post if you wanted to read that as well but I thought I'd explain it to you personally since you made the effort to comment😁
