Bent my Parajet Maverick Frame: Here's how I fixed it - PLUS fixing my net hoop

Butt landing bent the Maverick paramotor frame. Bent it back and fixed my net hoop. Bonus flying footy at the end.

where did you press your hands against when you were stepping on that lower part to bend it back into shape?

I was holding on to the frame where the upper part of the harness straps into.
