This stripped/acoustic version should've been on the album. So much emotion in the lyrics and her voice to add a beat. Hopefully she re-releases an acoustic version. This song is everything. If Sam Smith could sell records off of slow songs, so can Tori. She has too much talent on her own. She does it all from production to songwriting. That is the Tori that shines through her fans.

Love this perspective. The funny thing about lots of her songs, I find a connection to God too. Especially Hallow. She does a great job of these renditions. Tori is really a worship leader if you think about it. Her style of writing is active like that of one who writes songs coming from the Heart of God. Never quite categorize her as a "secular" artist because I don't feel that from her even though she's in the "industry". Thanks for sharing.
