Welcome!
Beautiful video. I am booked on Silver Moon Jan. 2024 and this video is really helpful in regard to food options. Thank you
Welcome! Thanks for the comment! Tell your friends and please subscribe (if you haven't already). Bon voyage!
Yes! Baileys and coffee.
My fave! Also, a little whipped cream if available... Thanks for the comment. Please subscribe!
I think this ship will take me through South America. Gotta check. Still really excited!!❤❤❤
Fantastic! Thanks for the comment. Please subscribe!
i cant believe they had the gall to serve mortadella, that is literally the cheapest ham you can have, its like $8/kg and its such low quality stuff, i cant believe that served that under gluten free option.
i thought everything on silversea was top quality stuff, i guess i was mistaken.
"You may order custom-made egg items such as omelettes" wow, lets all go!

Booked on Silver Muse October 2024. Confused at the price list for wine. I thought it was all inclusive?
Hi! There are reserve wines which cost extra. We felt all the included wines available were very good!
this is what i find poor form, your already paying $1,000 a night to go on a cruise with them, and than they have the gall to charge an extra $60 for a fancier restaurant? i mean, that is poor form, why does there always have to be extras even when your already paying top dollar? i can understand if you want a top wine for $500 a glass with your meal, of course that should be extra
I agree! It comes down to demand: there are only about 30 seats in those two restaurants, so --- due to demand--- they feel they can charge a stipend.
Yeah, agreed! I’m headed on her this January & we are not going to be eating there or the other Japanese up charge restaurant.
Yikes! Looks disgusting, I’m a meat & potatoes guy. No refined pallet here. Guess I’ll lose weight when I travel on the Muse January 2025 NZ to Australia. I’m guessing my wife will be happy. Quail eggs?? Who eats steak with qual eggs?? 😢
Ha! Well, MeatAndTaters guy, you'll have no problems finding no-frills protein and carbs on board. That's the great thing about this ship: plenty of options to make EVERY palette happy! Thanks for the comment. Please subscribe and enjoy your cruise!
Thanks ! Whew ! I don’t do frufrilly “she she” restaurants
i hope you can answer a question fo rme. i notice the woman all seem to dress in dresses, i have not worn a dress in over twenty years. for dinner can i wear a nice dressy suit??
So sorry for the late reply! Yes, ladies may wear dressy suits. I've never seen any "fashion police" on board. Here's the official dress code for SilverSea:
Evening attire falls into three categories: casual, informal and formal.
CASUAL: pants, blouses, skirts and casual dresses for ladies; open-neck shirts and slacks for gentlemen are appropriate.
INFORMAL: ladies usually wear dresses or pantsuits; gentlemen wear jackets (tie optional).
FORMAL: ladies, an evening gown or cocktail dress; gentlemen wear tuxedos, dinner jackets or dark suits. Tie is required.
On formal nights, guests may dine in La Terrazza, Seishin and Silver Note and choose to dress informal. Following dinner, all guests are free to take advantage of any or all public spaces, however, jacket is required.
Dining at The Grill is optional casual all nights.
Jeans and baseball caps are never allowed in the restaurants.

@@TheNoNonsenseTravelGuide did you see any totally SINGLE people aboard eating alone at any of the fancy restaurants? or was everyone in couples or little groups?
Yes, Pete, we did see single people. But, they soon hooked up with others and we rarely saw them alone near the end of the cruises. @@petejames1326
