It works even better if you have a separate bucket of hot water . It adds another couple of spins before you put it back in the cleaning solution.

V Cosina , Thank you for introducing me to the O-Cedar mop ~! Our entire 1500 sq foot home is laminate flooring and we were spending 40 dollars per month on swifter wet mop pads.... OMG this mop system works better and will save sooooo much money at the same time. I am using a little Pinalen from HomeDepot at the moment and you get a Huge Bottle for about nine bucks. I only need about one ounce in the bucket and good to go for the whole house. I may try that Fabuloso clean some time too However it just got a recall on it in Feb of 2023. Thank you very much ~!

Aren’t you still dunking the dirty mop into the clean water though? And then spinning out the water into the main bucket, so most of that on the bottom is fairly clean.

A tip to mopping, try not to walk over where you already mopped then have mop back over it.

I find it awkward with a small bucket in my spin DaDa bucket as it’s unlevel with the other spin apartment
I’ve seen this hack a few times, but are t you getting the clean water dirty when you dunk after mopping? I usually have to dunk my mop a few times. Maybe I’m missing something.
Even when dumping the dirty mop into the fresh water, most of the dirt and germs still stay in the microfibers of the mop. Most of the dirt and germs won’t come out until the mop is spun which is done after.
I’ve a square bin in my one as the bucket won’t fit my bucket as it’s a square shape nearly not exactly ovel shape

Where did you get that bucket. Does it have a brand name on it anywhere ? The buckets I’m finding are stiff not flexible like yours.
I got the bucket from dollar tree it is a little hard, but is also bendable the name on the dollar tree website is “Brightly Colored Round Plastic Wastebaskets, 9.25x9.375-in.”. I found it in store.

I thought mixing vinegar and Lysol is unsafe and potentially dangerous
Good point. Hopefully people will research the chemicals/substances they're mixing together. You're not supposed to mix bleach with certain products, for instance.
I am not sure about lysol. I normally use white vinegar and fabuloso. But be careful what we mix together do your research prior to using it. Thank you for comment.
