Ingredients
5.25 ounces salmon
Aioli sauce
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoons yellow bell peppers
1 tablespoons yellow bell peppers
1 tablespoons red onion
1 tablespoon fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon fresh dill
6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon old bay
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 table Dijon seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Do you know what type of salmon sheâs using and which salmon tastes best? Iâve never made fresh salmon before, I always use can salmon for salmon patties.

I made this just a moment ago. I didn't use brioche buns I used butter buns and I added extra peppers to the salmon mix. And it was fiya đ„đ„đ„đ„ I ate broccoli salad with it instead of fries cuz I'm trying to be a little healthier girl lol

Salmon burger looks tasty. FYI, the temperature for salmon should be 145°f. I like to check with a food thermometer if I'm not sure.
Hey Island Vibe! I see a "conflict" between your written recipe and the video. You've got mayo in the dressing/sauce, but not in the burgers. But in the video, we see you putting mayo INTO the burger mixture. So I estimated how much you used and added that to the recipe. With that said, they were absolutely delicious! Great job! Problem with canned salmon is it's already cooked. Won't get the same flavor from marinated fish and the salmon will get dry from being cooked twice.
