Today is the first time I heard of The Warning. These young ladies are awesome, and I can't wait to hear more from them!🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟
Always read their lyrics - that's where they are outstanding. Deep insightful poetry with hidden message that makes a listener pause and think. This song is part of their concept album Queen of the Murder Scene which was published in 2018. So Ugh was composed by 17, 15 & 13 year olds in late 2017.
This is The Warning sound I fell in love with and became a fan. The entire QOTMS feel,lyrics,power & beauty is unmatched. A masterpiece!
Can't remember the last time we witnessed a band that sounds as good live as when they're in the studio, if not better? A band in which literally every member can sing perfectly well and in which each instrument is distinctive, powerful and majestic? A band who, while absolutely rocking us, has all the appearance of just being here to enjoy the music, like all the rest of us? Just incredible, in every sense of the word.

This song is so much rock&roll... in so many ways, the bass line, the guitar riff, the vocals, the drumming, the backingvocals... everything sounds so fucking good... I loved Evolve and dull knives... but UGH made me a The warning fan

When I first saw this after they released it on Patreon like 8 months ago or something, I was blown away by the sound, I think this video might have the best sound mix from the entire show, although I haven't seen the remaining ones yet.

And to think it nearly wasn't to be, they had a lot of difficulties writing this song to finish it, and wanted to just give up on it. Luis encouraged them to keep at it, turned out so great. The name comes from that struggle. Brilliant.
