Thanks so much for your videos... boosting my knowledge across the ocean in South Africa.
Over the last year in our new home we have planted lots of fruit trees including a blueberry hedge & row of raspberry along with creating lots of vege beds, all on our 600m2 section lol We have a small walking greenhouse & growing my plants from seed (collecting seed from plants now too). After this lockdown is over we plant to get some chickens :) I could fully relate to your flour situation, our local rural gas station got in 20kg bags so we are set for flour now for awhile 🤣❤️🍏🍐🍊🍋🍇🍓🍈🍅🥦🥬🥒🌶🌽🥕🧄🧅🥔🍠

In UK you can rent land (Allotments) from local council.

I’ve had a pressure canner for ages that I’ve never used. Goal is to get a good deal on a farmers market haul and can a few jars. Don’t know why, but I’m super intimidated by it!
You should give it a go. To start with I was intimidated too, but it is very easy once you have done it a couple of times!
We currently live in a tiny townhouse with a brick courtyard, which is not ideal for many reasons. However, we have started raising rabbits in cages (I wish we had room for a colony!) and growing vegetables and herbs in containers.
Hi Erin, good on you! It is amazing what you can do in a smaller area when you focus on efficiency.
