- Here is finally next part and it'll continue tomorrow :)
This part includes again lots of Ida compared to boys but I felt I have to include her parts cos it will be important related to what will happen in next part. But there's boys too so I hope it'll compensate a little :)
I'm so glad that Lari was happy with Elias and that they shared a kiss, even if it was only the cheek. However, now Lari is going to have to deal with Elias keeping Ida's secret about the pictures from him. I'm sure it is going to be a hard road ahead for our boys, but they will make it through. Like always.
I actually like how self-absorbed Janne is. I feel because he is so arrogant it helps with his confidence and self-esteem. So when we saw him being so supportive and loyal to his friends, that's because he does not worry about the consequences but rather just being true to yourself. Because he always believes in himself he thinks his friends should do the same. He's a very honest guy, and I can't help but appreciate his personality.
Thank you for all your hard work. I find this show so interesting that I am even trying to learn Finnish (and Finland's culture). Also, I am glad you add Ida's storyline.... :)
I was expecting so much more angst from Lari's story, but it seems everything's been fine ever since Elias showed up at the hospital... :D I'm glad Elias is helping him to forget about his troubles.

No, you haven't missed anything. Elias has never stopped caring for Lari & openly telling him so. Thatkiss followed the day when he held Lari who was weeeping. So I think it was the beginning of them getting close again. But we'll see...soaps live for the up & down rollercoaster!
And I say Thank you for your answer to this mean person and for not skipping parts with Ida. You do an excellent job of editing to show the parts we need to see to understand the story. Every time I go to see a new upload from you I get excited and happy. No one can ever thank you enough. I think Lari looking uncomfortable was intentional because he probably wasn't under the assumption that he was back together with Elias as a couple. They never had an official discussion where they agreed to get back together and be boyfriends, so a kiss (even on the cheek) wouldn't be appropriate if they were just friends/broken up. Since he let Elias kiss him, I assume he's okay with them being together, just a little taken aback. Hopefully the kisses will get back to normal in the future.

It's completely okay if some audio fractions are missing, as long as we can read subtitles, everything is fine. I for one, don't understand more than a few words in Finnish :-)

It wasn't on purpose to drive over Ida's mother, but the woman didn't go check on the mother, just kept driving, knowing she hit her with the car. So that's why Ida is blaming the woman of murdering her mother.
So I will ask your opinion on what should I do. I have managed to overcome most of the technical difficulties but I'm missing audio of couple lines and even though we try to fix it doesn't work.
So do you want me to keep trying to fix the couple seconds of audio until I can fix it (which can be even never) or are you okay with part that includes this couple seconds without audio and only with subtitles of what they say?

Elias wanted a boyfriend who he could openly say he was with. He didn't want to lie to his family or his friends. He also wanted Lari to be an out of the closet person because he really likes Lari.
I never comment on anything, but I personally don't mind missing audio, as long as you know what they are saying, that is all that matters, and thanks.

Tu es donc heureuse et a bien raison ! On va voir ce qu'ils nous trouvent encore ces scénaristes ! Ils avaient rompu un peu vite par ailleurs après tous ces mois à se tourner autour et ces moments partagés. Bises depuis Paris où le temps est dingue, giboulées de mars, grand soleil avec 10 degrés de différence entre le matin et l'après-midi... J'espère que c'est mieux pour toi !

I didn't want to comment on the ending... because I thought my conclusion might appear as a spoiler. As I did read peoples comments it is interesting how we already know these two and have predicted Lari's reaction.
When I decided to watch "only" the Larias part again, it made me realize just how Elias gets put into these difficult situations as he was made to "promise" to keep yet another secret. It shows how loyal Elias is to people, but it also demonstrates why he constantly get hurt!

Lari smiling is nice for once i think he gets the picture that he cant push Elias away because he needs love and support in the way that Elias give it. Their conversation with the kiss was so cute like Lari was the happiest and forgot about Hockey being important.

poor Tale, never gets the woman. glad 2 c our boys back together again. makes me feel good when they are smiling and kissing. Mats can sing, like 2 hear something in english. Don't get 2 mad at Elias over the pictures please Lari. Take it all out on Ida.

I think they wanted to leave the scene open. Now the viewer don't know whether Lari's gonna start shouting in the next second or take it surprisingly calmly. So they make him just give this odd look at Ida which doesn't reveal yet how he's gonna react and viewer needs to watch also the next episode...

haha-That 's a good question!! Personally, MY best answer: IT"S A SOAP! They do stuff that is total shizah alll the time! lolz She hit her by accident,(of course it was her wedding night!lhah!) & wouldn't have gone to jail if she'd alerted police-but instead left her there all night. She went into a coma. Isabel did go to jail for it,but Idt it was a murder charge. But I'm sure MissF will have a better answer for this!
I think some people forget this is a soap! They have to have good guys and bad guys or what would be the point? In a couple of months they will all end up reversing their roles. At least that is the way of the US soaps.

Like I said it'll be important for the whole story and you can skip the Ida parts o if you don't want to watch them or stop following the story. I'm not going to skip the Ida parts just because someone doesn't like her. I'm only trying to give enough info for people so that they can also follow the story in the future.

At times you have to choose to be loyal to one person or the other. Its not being a bad person, it's just an expression of what is a priority to you. He chose loyalty to Ida in this case.
If he shouldve told him and if it was essential for Lari to know is kinda relative imo. Relative to how Lari perceives these actions and...

Why should Elias have to choose between friends? Friends don't do that. You may be right that Lari will feel betrayed that Elias didn't tell him as soon as he found out, but we'll have to wait and see. I suspect Lari will realize that Elias was keeping his promises, even if that's not his first reaction.

With regards to being generous and forgiving. One could still be generous and forgiving in the general sense even if you're not generous and forgiving to the person that was disloyal to you.
Now Lari will have to accept that his boyfriend has these stances towards friends and either reject him or be 'generous and forgiving' to him. Of course, Elias might change though.
I feel like I'm missing something? Elias broke up with Lari. But Elias keeps coming around to show support for Lari. Now all of a sudden they are sort of kissing in the hospital room. Are they back together?
Yeah , it seems Lari speaks harsly without thinking , and later after considering each situation ends up having a softer viewpoint.
I doubt that Elias is going to change, but as you rightly point out, it's a soap, and thus our sense of who someone is can be trod on at any point.
Elias could have been more loyal to Lari by breaking his promise to Ida, but to return to where we began, I wouldn't say without qualification that he was disloyal in this case to anyone. And I understand that you would.
Yeah, I agree about the delivery. Also, his expression doesn't match the gravity of the revelation at all. :D

How has Elias been disloyal to Lari? Ida admitted to Elias that she was the one who put up the pictures, and he promised not to tell anyone. That's being loyal to Ida. It's not being disloyal to Lari. And now that Ida blabbed as Lari walked in and overheard her, he now knows as well-which is good, without Elias betraying anyone.
That was a strange kiss. I'm not complaining, but it was really weird.

Your philosphy on loyalty is scary.
Even though you dont want it to mean Elias wasnt disloyal to Lari, he was disloyal by being loyal to Ida. Just because you're loyal to someone does not mean you can no longer be disloyal to anyone.
It sucks to lose a friend if you're loyal to your boyfriend but that is not a reason to magically erase the disloyalty to your boyfriend if you choose not to lose that friend.

I thought it was obvious that casting chose girls who were slender, so that they would be convincing as anorexics. I was surprised to see the word "chubby."

I meant was it necessary for Lari to know from either an "objective" point of view or Lari's POV.
The former pertains to the consequences of Lari's not knowing & the latter to how Lari experiences not knowing. Obviously there's some overlap.
The same distinction applies to whether the question is now moot.
If Lari is generous & forgiving, he can say he understands why Elias didn't tell him & now it's moot. Otherwise, they can both be miserable.
Elias shouldn't have promised Ida not to tell Lari.
