Personally I find it very strange that Ida had the nerve to call Janne selfish. Look yourself in the mirror, sweetheart! She's the best friend of Elias but she hasn't been acting like it lately. Who actually starts dating someone who bullies his friends? I know a lot of you guys give a hard time to Lari the homophobic jerk (and he deserves all of that!) but I really think that Ida should have a part of that. She's unbelievable, the worst friend ever! She barely even blink when Elias told her Lari messed up his stuff. And even after all of this Elias is thinking that Lari isn't good enough for Ida. Talk about unselfish!
Haven't watched this yet, but I totally agree with everything you said about Ida. I don't care how sensitive he is when you are alone, it's not okay to be with someone who treats your supposed best friend like that. I mean, they don't have to be friends but Lari needs to have basic respect for Elias.

I love Elias he's jus such a strong person and I think the way even tho others r bad to him (Ida) he still cares for everyone else n I love his honesty it's so refreshing x

Got to see a sensitive and caring part of Janne. I always preferred them together. Like any plans made of desperation will blow up. Janne, what an idiot. I was in your corner, and you blew it. Always wait until you got the girl first.
I don't think the guy who plays Elias is actually that bad of an actor; I think it's just the character he plays. Elias is very serious and doesn't really seem to like his life very much, despite his self-confidence. He has a best friend who blows him off for a homophobic bully with a particular affinity for treating him like crap, doesn't have the best relationship with his father, and only just recently met his mother. I'm not saying he should win an Academy Award, but he's quite good.

I TOTALLY agree with your description about Ida Monpensiers88. Thank you for bringing this up. I am way more angry at Ida for what shes doing. She's not a real friend, just using people around her to make herself happy -_- And Elias needs some lovin cause I need to see him smile :)
Finnish and Swedish are not related at all and we don't understand each other. Swedish, Danish and Norwegian are very closely related and as a Swede I understand both those languages almost completely. The languages are from two completely different language branches, Swedish being a Germanic language (like English and German) and Finnish being an Uralic language (like Hungarian and Estonian).
I really love Elias thanks for uploading this. I've noticed that a lot/most of the actors have attached earlobes I really like those.

If I had a friend like Ida, I'm pretty sure I would have just drifted away by now. If she wants to be surrounded by lovers who bully her friends. Let her. I would not stick around too long.

So far it looks like she deserves whatever/whoever she gets. She's not much better than either of these two guys. Still, i first thought Janne had some saving graces. Now, less & less so. Lari otoh, started out as a creep but, now that we know why he hides his softer side, he's looking nicer, even cuter. Funny how being nice changes everything about a person.
